Delivery Service

Delivery fee is charged by district. 

Holiday surcharge HK$100 applies to Lunar New Year (Nin 30 & Cho 1 - 4), Valentine's Day (Feb 14), Christmas Eve (Dec 24), Christmas Day (Dec 25) and New Year's Eve (Dec 31).

Time-slot

Mon – Sun : 10.00 - 13.00  /  14.00 - 16.00  /  16.00 - 18.00
Delivery at a specific time is not guaranteed. Arrangement beyond standard time-slots should be specified in advance and fees may apply.

Fulfillment

We will endeavor to deliver your order to the recipient’s address you have provided. However in rare occasions, a delivery may fail to arrive at its destination due to an unforeseen delivery issue, or may arrive damaged. Please consider pick up if necessary.

Company shall not be held responsible for delayed or failed merchandise delivery due to force majeure, changes of laws and regulations, transportation accidents, labor dispute and other incidents beyond the Company's control.

Delivery of merchandise shall be deemed completed when it was delivered to the recipient address that was specified in the order or on a later date. The Company shall not be held liable if the delivery was not completed due to a legal reason or the local laws and regulations. Should the return item be lost en route to the Company, Member shall be held liable (except when the loss is attributable to the Company).

When merchandise was not delivered due to inaccurate address information entered by Customer, the Company shall not be held responsible for the outcome of said delivery attempt. Additional fees such as delivery fee will be charged on cost bases when re-delivery to the correct address is requested.
